1950's Yellow Circle Skirt

This is utterly adorable and special

1950's homemade circle skirt. Yellow cotton waistband, pleated beneath waistband. White pleated band with red, royal blue, and white woven embroidery- repeated twice. Sort of an interlocking grid pattern. Thick yellow band of cotton in centre, with many lines of red stitching in middle, with many colorful squiggles throughout-red, orange, purple, blue, green. White ruffled band at bottom. This is a very flounce-y, full skirt, so much fun to do a twirl. Double buttoned yellow buttons at waistband, metal side zipper. Mark on top white tier by waistband, as is!
