Bits & Bobs Puzzle by Jessica Oreck, Parkside

Jessica Oreck is a multi-disciplinary artist working in film, animation, collage, photography, miniatures, and large-scale installation. She is also a collector. Commonplace items that are often overlooked and forgotten are the objects that Jessica covets, and these objects are given a second life as they often make their way into her work. The Office of Collecting & Design, a traveling museum, was founded by Jessica as way to showcase these incredible objects.

This 1000 piece, 24” (61 cm) square puzzle, titled Bits & Bobs, is a thoughtfully curated and meticulously laid out selection of some of the objects that can be found at the Office of Collecting & Design. With a seemingly infinite number of objects to choose from, Bits & Bobs is refined by its primary color palette.

The difficulty level of this puzzle is low-medium. Although the color palette is limited, each object has unique characteristics that make this puzzle a joy to assemble.
