Victorian White Cotton Skirt

Victorian white cotton floor length skirt.

Thin waistband with side button closure, keyhole opening at side. Pleating on either side of waistband, especially on front left side. Flared at hemline. White cotton lining. Pink ribbon with eyelet motif overtop. Can be loosened or knotted at right side. Band with two sets of tiered and stitched rows. Lace tier with floret and backwards "s" pattern. Another tier of stitched rows, hemline is another tier of lace. Brown stain on the back left side, and a square patch repair just below the ribbon at back. Faded brown stain at front. As is.
