Oh hi extremely tempting cute and fun Nicole Miller 90's frock! Seriously this designer did not make a dress I don’t love. 

90’s black Nicole Miller dress. Boat neck. Long, elbow-grazing, generously cut sleeves. Dropped shoulders, slightly padded. I love this dramatic ”v” waistline. Amazing peplum: ultra flirty, reaching longest point in front. Knee-grazing pencil skirt with slit at back. Lonnnng back zipper with hook and eye closure at upper back. Marked a size 10, model is an xs. This piece isn't labelled but I would say this is 100% rayon.
