90's Hilary Radley matte blue silk trapeze jacket. Beautiful both belted or undone. Shawl collar: thick, voluminous “band” at opening. Padded at shoulders with cuffed sleeves. Pockets, how we love you. Very flared "skirt,” a trapeze jacket unbelted, with ample volume. Triangular insert at underarm for lots of billowing fabric. Matching belt, mid-thigh length. Made in China. Marked a size 6.
