Arts and Crafts Skirt

This is so fun, so bright and colorful and cool. I want to meet the person who made this and be their friend. 

Thick waistband with mutliple strands of elastic. Flecked red and taupe. Pleated heavily below waistband. Longer length. Varying bands of bright embroidery and applique fun. Zig zag hot pink, orange, blue, green, red. Gingham and polka dotted bands of fabric with blanket stitched borders. You name it, this is a platter of treatments. Model is an xs. Label reads "Holly, a division of Gloria Morét of California.Small. Hand wash is cold water."
