Vintage navy Aquascutum miniskirt. High waisted and mid-thigh length. Medium wide waistband with belt loops. Many seams from waist to hem with pleat "opening" towards hemline. Zipper and hook and eye closure at back. Lined. No content label, but this is wool. Model is an xs.
