Navy velvet band "bomber" jacket. Large knot buttons in rows on either side of opening. Curlicued appliqué ribbon in band jacket motifs on sides, arms and upper back. Cropped, bomber cut. Sporty, stretchy black ribbed hem, sleeve cuffs. Gathered at cuffs. Really lovely, quilted, patterned green silk lining. No label but can tell by design, detail and fabric this is a high end piece.
