1980’s tartan frock! Forest green and navy plaid. Pouf sleeves with elastic bands at cuff. Gathered at chest. Full skirt with raw edge. Large white eyelet collar with squiggle red piping. Beneath plaid wool is eyelet dress lace trim visible at hem. Zipper at upper back. Label reads "Créations Mandarine by Gina. 65% polyester, 35% cotton. Size 3. Made in Canada."
