Scoop neck, heavily smocked at neckline. Small rosettes border the neck, criss-cross blue embroidery overtop. Raglan sleeves with elastic cuffs. Pleated beneath neckline. Full skirt with pale blue ribbon trim at hem. Double button-up at upper back. Label reads "Rosaline Collections. 3T. 65% polyester, 35% cotton, machine wash warm. " Small brown dot stain on front, as is!
