Tiny yellow tulip dress. Handmade, pouf sleeves. Tulips across chest in purple and blue with little green stems and leaves. Triple stripe knit at collar and across chest, with sweet little perforated diamond knit. Gathered at chest for a flared skirt. Clear buttons at upper back. Quite sure this is acrylic and machine washable.
